Days of Grace 11-17-09
1. Leaves are coming off the trees in earnest, now. I can see all the way to the LDS church on the corner – the one that used to be a flophouse for sailors. Despite this rather seasonal leaf-loss, it’s been WARM. Yesterday was a shirtsleeves day all day long. Which is kind of fun. In an “we’re all going to die from the eventual effects of global climate change” kind of way.
2. I thought I was out of breakfast yogurt, but found a container way in the back of the kitchen. It’s already yogurt, so I totally ignored the eat-by date. I mean, what? It’s going to go sour?
3. I’m getting a dose of kitty-love every day at lunch while my co-worker is in France. She lives right next to the library, and her two cats are very happy to see a human being each day. I feed them and pet them and listen to them purr. All good things.
4. The crazy is happening at work again, so at this point, I’m hanging on until I get shipped off to another branch for a while. Because right now? Working at a strange branch as a substitute librarian for 2 years? It sounds like a better gig than the one I’ve got.
5. Going out for Vietnamese food tonight with the Brooklyn crew. Looking forward to good food and interesting people, especially since the main people I’m not crazy about won’t be there.

Glad things are uneventful and happening according to plan.
Any idea where your blog-links are? Haven’t seen them in a few days and cyclesista doesn’t seem to be too functional. I’m being sent to a March 2006 page. ???

Woo! Thank you for the heads up. The bloglists should be back up, but the CycleSista thing appears to be a problem with their site, not mine, as Kate’s button also directs to that page. Maybe they’re updating it?
