Ow
And the Lupron headache has arrived. Filling up my whole brain – well, what’s left of it after a week of injections, anyway. Rather unpleasant, actually.
And the Sugar? I want to eat the Sugar. Now, I realize this might not even be a Lupron-thing. (Anyone else have to deal with mad sugar cravings while on Loopyron?) It could just be me. Or my body deciding that as long as I’m apparently in menopause, it’d like to pack on a few more pounds, just because it can. I don’t know, but keep me away from the sweets. They do not like me as much as I like them.
Of course, the headache could simply be withdrawal from my not-even-having-decaf-anymore change of life.
Or stress-related, from having to be at the Realm of Pain without wireless access (I SO need a Blackberry.)
Or maybe I’m getting sick, and it’ll all come to a head right after we get to transfer.
Or maybe it’s, you know, swine flu, and I’ll just die!
Ah, the possibilities for panic from just a single 24-hour headache.
Tonight is Vietnamese food with acquaintances, and Thursday is drinks with Mo, and Saturday is up to Connecticut to hang out with the dog. These are all things to look forward to.
And so I am.
And if I can ever concentrate on anything other than the ball of agony lodged behind my skull, I’ll write something more profound. At the moment though?
Ow.

I’m so sorry. Haven’t done the Loopy-ron but have suffered the week of Ganirelix headache. Acupuncture has really helped me with headache stuff. and a lot of drugs. I hope you find relief. hard to do anything when your head hurts.
Ugh. Feel better. : (
So sorry you have the no-caff, low-sugar lupron sucks blues. Hey, that sounds like a good song. Everybody put your blind, guitar/harmonica playing, raspy voiced blues singer hat on!
