I wanna say AZO was the brand... but I had to google even that. I'm glad that you're already on the mend.

I hope tomorrow's appointment goes swimmingly!

You're right, of course. Not entirely sure why I thought it might matter.
Though I suppose that ingesting the equivalent of 50,000 cranberries might make me crave an awful lot of turkey...

Ooooh, I'll totally go look for that. We'll see if my nfs carries it. Yay for non-antibiotic remedies! Thank you so much for the tip!

I don't recall the brand and I don't have the box anymore, but I'm sure any of them would do. You'res upposed to take 2 with a large glass of water every 1-2 hours, but you can't really OD no cranberry pills, particularly if its all natuarl.

Thinking of you as you wait for tomorrow.

NYC doesn't know about peanut butter and hershey kiss cookies? How odd - we have them in Chicago.

I admire your ability to hand-knit gifts for others. I am a selfish knitter, and that's ok.

Good luck tomorrow.

Hope you don't need it, but, a potential (wacky?) UTI hint for you: Your natural food store may carry a product called D-Mannose which is a simple sugar said to bind to the bacteria in your urinary tract and and assist in flushing those nasty things from your system (with the help of copious amounts of fluid, of course.) Sounded hokey to me, but I 'have a friend' with an OB who was threatening to put her on antibiotics for the remaining 6 months of pregnancy due to a symptom-free UTI. After 2 rounds of antibiotics with not much luck she moved on to the D-Mannose and was a bacteria-negative tester in 2 weeks. I don't know how I feel about it, but it may be worth throwing a bottle into your bag so you have a backup plan of attack in a Dr. free Thanksgiving zone. You know. If things get desperate. UTIs are horrible.

Many good wishes to you and Ms. Donor Fantastica and I'm really hopeful that I'll be reading your pregnancy symptom list soon.
