I called yesterday to find out what was up with my most recent batch of thyroid tests, since I hadn’t heard from Grandpa Endocrinologist and was told by his nurse that although he was on the other line, he wanted me to know that they came back “perfect”!
He still wants me to repeat them in a month to make sure it wasn’t a fluke or, you know, to make sure the lab didn’t switch my results, but – perfect! No medication! I can breastfeed! My chances of having to have a c-section just went down! Way down! Ditto for pre-term labor, birth defects & a hyper/hypo-thyroid baby!

Best news I’ve had in a long time. Something going WELL. Something going better than well! WAHOOOOOOOO!!!!! One more step to normal!
